Description

Since we included generic methods documentation inside of Rudder, we should adapt links to rudder doc if we use ncf editor linked to Rudder

Because sometimes you can't access online documentation (ncf.io), it will be better to access local rudder-documentation

Only targetting 1.0 since method doc is only in rudder3.2
