Description
People often get confused at the difference between reset and reinit, partly because in french "Réinitialiser" is the exact translation of "reset". I therefore propose to rename it "factory-reset" to make things clearer, and to improve the tool description.
rudder agent reinit will be kept as a wrapper not to break existing use cases.

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 4.0.0 which was released the 10th November 2016.
