This correction must be done in Rudder 3.1, both for Windows and server roles.
We also must add machineid tag.
In fact we don't need machineid, it is already here under HARDWARE/UUID

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 3.1.15/14 and 3.2.8/7 which were released today.
