Description

The requirement should be that ANY of OPERATINGSYSTEM/{NAME, KERNEL_NAME, FULLNAME} is present, but the code actually requires that they are ALL present.

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 3.1.15/14 and 3.2.8/7 which were released today.
