Some things to take care of:
- how will this be able to be automated without letting all networks be opened ?
Idea: add an environment variable and/or a file. If any is present, use its content as the authorized network.
In case of an empty value, we should still need to use the localhost ip with /32.

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 4.0.0 which was released the 10th November 2016.
