Add item names in compliance API

Description

Adding name to all items in compliance API would ease the understanding of the API and allow to use it by itself (no need to request all Rules/Nodes/Directives and do the mapping id -> name)

We already get almost all data we need (Rules, Nodes) it miss only to get all Directives.
