Description
The interface checks the policies validity with cf-promises (no parameters), which checks the integrity, but not that the bundlesequence is correct
However, agent runs first cf-promises -c, then cf-agent - so if a bundle is missing, it will fail, while promise generation was a success
Impact: policies can be broken on all nodes, without the user knowing it
