User story #1808: Add an Audit mode to Rudder: only check properties, no modification on nodes

Description

We are going to receive 4 new kind of reports for audit mode:

- audit_compliant ( <=> success )
- audit_noncompliant ( <=> the system is not compliant to what was asked)
- audit_error ( <=> there was an error when we tried to verify the check)
- audit_na ( <=> the check is not applicable to the system )

We must adapt all the compliance calcul to take care of them and display it accordingly.
