Description

When we change a directive policy mode (for example) from enforce to audit, the generation is correctly started, but the node configuration is not changed.

This is most likelly due to the cache check that doesn't use the policy mode.

Cache invalidation is hard.

More specifically, it's the directive policy mode that is not taken into account, the node policy mode is ok.
