Description

If I set only a start or end date for filtering event log, the error is awful:

Error when trying to get last event logs. Error message was: Could not get latest event logs <- Bad format for start date, was execpting 'org.joda.time.format.DateTimeFormatter@7f9bd500' and got '' <- Invalid format: ""

we should detect that one date is empty

Note that the filtering on Technical logs is ok
