closedLink to settings from node preferences doesn't work

Description
When in node details > settings, I click on a "Settings" link (for example, in Agent Policy Mode > "By default all nodes and all directives operate in the global mode defined in Settings , which is currently enforce."), browser addresse bar is updated but the page stay the same. If I open the link in a new page, the correct page is opened.
It is reproduce with both Chromium 54 and Firefox 49.

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 4.0.0 which was released the 10th November 2016.
