No server inventory in web interface if /etc/hosts is not correctly configured

Description
Server doesn't have its inventory with Rudder 3.2.9, on centos6
Inventory is refused by apache2

modifying /etc/hosts to add hostname in 127.0.01 solves the issue

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 4.0.1, 3.1.16 and 3.2.10 which were released today.
