Description
If the redmine is not available of if the PR field doesn't exist, we get a stack trace
- Status changed from New to In progress
- Assignee set to Benoît PECCATTE
- Status changed from In progress to Pending technical review
- Assignee changed from Benoît PECCATTE to Vincent MEMBRÉ
- Pull Request set to https://github.com/Normation/rudder-tools/pull/256
