Shared files input does not appear on in directives form

Description
When creating a directive based on file from shared folder, the new input does not appear
- Status changed from New to In progress
This is due to a self closed html tag
- Target version changed from 4.0.2 to 3.1.18
- Target version changed from 3.1.18 to 4.0.2
- Target version changed from 4.0.2 to 3.1.18
- Status changed from In progress to Pending technical review
- Assignee changed from Vincent MEMBRÉ to François ARMAND

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 3.1.18, 3.2.11, 4.0.3 and 4.1.0~beta3 which were released today.
