Description

I have an user logged in on 4.0.1 with roles: read_only,user,deployment_read,directive_read,directive_edit,directive_write,technique_read,technique_edit,technique_write.

I still have a "Save changes" Button on the general settings page, and when I try to change the global policy mode from Enforce to Audit, I get an error message because I have no permission to do that:

IMHO there should be no Save button visible at all?
