Use ncf when possible in Rudder techniques

Description
We should use bodies and bundles from stdlib/ncf in rudder techniques.
Apart from failsafe, there is no good reason to have generic code in rudder techniques, we should use always use ncf (and add missing content to ncf/stdlid).

This was a long time ago, and we saw there was a lot of missing parts to make it possible. That's why we have built rudder language.
