It is really hazy on /var Rule of thumb * /var/rudder * > configuration-repository < 1GB (+ templates) * > share: ~ 4MB/node * > backup: ~ 4MB/node * > ldap: ~ 400MB + 1 MB/node * > inventories: ~ 1.5MB/node * > cfengine-community: ~ 150 MB * > shared-files: depending on what is shared between nodes so about 1.5GB + 10MB/node + expected shared data * /var/log/rudder * > compliance: 10MB/node * > apache2: ~ 1MB/node * > webapp: this one varies between 1.5MB and 32GB given the log verbosity... ~ 0.5MB/node ? * > 200MB for the rest So about 200MB + 11 MB/node
