* Bug #4205: Cannot add node: "Error when trying to accept node"
* Bug #4674: When modifying a directive based on a meta-technique with multivalued section with same component key, the duplicated component keys are removed

* Bug #5224: Agent can't run on Windows as it can't find ncf promises
* Bug #5339: Promises does not run as expected on a Windows agent
* Bug #5402: Agent can't run because some ncf promises are CFEngine 3.6 specific
* Bug #5409: Fisrt promise generation fail on Rudder server ( /var/rudder/ncf/local missing)
* Bug #5414: Change location of the script used by Rudder to get compatible promises to solve migration issue
* Bug #5415: cannot run "list-compatible-inputs" after upgrade, breaking promise generation
* Bug #5418: The script list-compatible-inputs  may not be yet available at the start of the Web Interface, and thus first promise generation fails
* Bug #5420: tools are not copied when runngin rudder-init.sh making first promises generation impossible
