There is a body name collision on local_dcp, because it is a backported body from a newer stdlib, and we finally upgraded it. It should be removed from the impacted Techniques.

Well it seems it has already been corrected in the latest Techniques repo, but the bug is still present on the production Rudder server. I will pick the correction on it. Please reject this.
