The Techniques *_RUG / YaST package manager configuration (ZMD)_* and *_Zypper package manager configuration_* should be each split in two. The logic about package manager configuration will be made by *_RUG / YaST package manager configuration (ZMD)_* and *_Zypper package manager configuration_*.
