There are two folder to have MetaTechniques in Rudder with ncf: */usr/share/ncf* (populated by ncf package) and */var/rudder/ncf* (development folder). To be integrated into Rudder, these MetaTechniques should be "rudderified" by the use of the tools ncf_rudder.py. The problem is that rudderify_techniques is only searching for MetaTechniques into */usr/share/ncf* whereas where most of MetaTechniques are created by user and added in */var/rudder/ncf*.
