This will allow:
* Easier dependency management, and avoid soem upgrade bugs
* Easy changelog generation
* More integration between Rudder and ncf
We need to:
* Create new branches with Rudder versions in ncf
* Use Rudder versions in ncf packages sources at build time
* Change Redmine configuration to use the new branches and versions
