Description

We have introduced jquery-ui in the first Rudder versions. It was usefull to display popups, tabs, and other ui components. But now we don't need it anymore since we use Bootstrap, and by keeping these two libraries we are facing many css conflicts.

So we have to remove jquery-ui related css libraries and use Bootstrap instead.

This is a bakcport of #13920
