Description

The rule give the message "Execute the test command rpm -q prelink to create cis_check_command_c0d12639_3542_4f27_ae41_41f4d4c80b7d{true,false} was not correct"_
rpm is not installed.

Cis use dpkg instead.
dpkg -s prelink
