This behaviour is due to Firefox which does not actualize favicons on history.
So, if one day, you accessed Rudder without a favicon, Firefox will remember forever in history "rudder (on that date), no favicon".

This bug seems to be due to a confusion, and I think it is fixed really. Closing. Please reopen it if I'm wrong!
