Description
When a rule doesn't actually apply any directive to any node (either because the target groups contains no nodes or because all directives are skipped), its “Directives” tab displays a confusing “This rule does not apply any directive” message even though the tab title shows that the rules contains a number of directives.
See screenshot.
Maybe the message should be rephrased in something like « This rule's directives do not currently apply to any node ».
