Reschedule for 2.5.

It seems to be blocking for 2.5, so to be able to go on on that task, Jon, could you describe at least one template, for example for rules, so that we:

  • at least are able to implement that one,
  • and hopefully infer from it the main other (groups, directives, techniques, nodes).

We can consider this ticket done. The only task that could be done about event log templates would be some enhancements. It would be better to create specific tickets for those.
