Description
I just created a new Technique, reloaded the Technique library, and went to the Configuraiton Management > Techniques screen. The Technique is only in the left tree (Reference Library) and not in the right tree (Active Library).
When I click on the Technique, I get a "Cannot contact server at this time error" message in the interface, and in the webapp's logs:
This happens in 2.4, not sure if it also applies to 2.3 yet.
