Description
The techniques are made with only methods used for linux. In directive page, one can apply the techniques on windows, when they are only for linux.

We should:
- Have a field in the techniques describing the supported platforms
- Use it to display the right support in the interface.
There is no way to guess what platforms are supported by a technique.
Almost all techniques contain at least one method supported everywhere (e.g. variable
definition) so supporting only this sub-case does not seem worth the effort to me.
It is hence not directly a bug but an old design decision we might reconsider.
