Description

When we install a fresh new Rudder server, like in a VM for the dev environment, there seems to be some initial-promises missing, like the one managing password update (passwordCheck.st).

That seems to forbid the correct set-up and/or update of passwords in an new environment.

As seen during today's meeting, this missing file simply makes the rudder-passwords file useless, as no promise is here to handle it. It means we will have to do a sync of the initial promises again.

Yep, and didn't we also say you were going to do it? :)

Well, if I am not mistaken, NPE is right next to me having a hard time doing this. I will close this bug when he will be finished and I will have checked that this issue is resolved.
