Description

The file logback.xml which contains all configuration of Rudder log files isn't considered as a config file in the packaging. This error result in the silent replacement of this file at each upgrade of the rudder-webapp package.

This issue has been spotted from #2799 when the need of a migration script appeared.

I can only assume that this bug also affects 2.3...
