Description
Somehow, after the ticket #2896 , there's been modifications on the CSS that changed the layout of the subsection
As we can see on the attached screenshot, there is a blank space between the title and the orange description
Plus, it seems that the text is not verticaly centered on the orange zone

It’s not a bug, it’s a feature =)
Jon and I chose this solution, it makes the title independant from the help below, and as a consequence the title feels more like one.
Indeed, on a view where there is no help, for example in Database management in Administration, the title really stand out.
But, maybe this style is not OK, should I work on a other solution?
