If I want to set iburst on a specific line for ntp.conf, I can't do it -
- the problem is that it literally tries to install the version specific:
"version[12]" string => "specific";

- an external database can be used for Rudder, yet we don't provide any guidance in term of sizing

- It seems that since https://issues.rudder.io/issues/28228, the upgrade only option does no work as expected

- We could add a new API endpoint for that, but the risk is that the content *changes* between the API call and the actual start of the campaign
