duplicates #2874, sorry In Rules page, list of rules table is messy. - Description is often too long, so we can't read it. - Compliance percentage should be place at the end of the line. - We should add some links to see "compliance details" or "Edit parameters tab" - Change "Rule settings" in "Rule details"
