We have an error at technique creation:

But the technique still appears in editor. It must not in that case.
The error message need to be corrected, too:
- never speak about ncf technique. Just technique.
- add: "You can clean up a technique by deleting it here, and then go to 'settings > active tree', select technique, and click 'delete'"
