Popups don't look like the rest of the UI. Button have not the 3D effect from #2903 Datatables tools (search, number of entries) don't look like. We should have the same look and feel for popup than the rest of the UI (I targeted 2.4.0~beta6, I think this may be targetted for 2.4.1)
