It's part of the housekeeping we need to do for parent ticket. That means that a node which is deleted as no more reference in rudder appart from log (event log and app logs) saying it was deleted. It seems to be what is expected. We will need to take care to not delete a refused node (it's inventory should be cleaned on a time-based criterium)
