Path for template file in openssh technique is not valid: <pre> "ssh_template_file" string => "40_it_ops_knowledge/ncf/openssh-server/sshd_config.tml"; </pre> there is typo 40_it_ops_knowledge/*ncf*/openssh-server/sshd_config.tml the *ncf* part should be removed
