packages:commit:ca56ab87 from issues #4523 commit:ca56ab87 introduced property waiting.inventory.queue.size but introduced it in rudder-web.properties instead of inventory-web.properties making the webapp not working after migration to 2.9 (inventory-endpoint not starting)
