Add the "STORE_ALL_CENTRALIZED_LOGS_IN_FILE" as a 1/ decide what system variable name(s) to hold the status of whether rsyslog should write execution reports use, 2/ add them in /var/log/rudder/reports/all.log or not. The system variable must be a boolean with default value to TRUE, meaning "do write logs in the file".
