This system variable describe would be true if the report mode of Rudder, either "full compliance" (the is error only mode for Rudder 2.11 and before), or only report changes and errors. The variable is named: RUDDER_REPORT_MODE, is a string with acceptable values: (compliance disable), else false - "full-compliance" (default) - "changes-only" Its name will be RUDDER_MINIMAL_REPORTS This ticket is for cf-clerk, for the definition part.
