This user story is Add a new header menu, that would be alway available, and very thin compared to the holder of the actual header menu ... We will remove all left menu to navigate and only keep thenaviagation in the UI redesign in progress for Rudder 2.12. The main point to date are: - use a top navigation bar à la bootstrap - make a better use of the horizontal space in directive and group page menu! Other correction will be happened to that list. THAT WILL BE FAR BETTER
