If rudder-agent cron file is modified, a question is asked during upgrade rudder-agent is a fully autonomous package. We manage the cron by ourself and never expect the user to change it. If it is a conffile, then each modification, made by rudder-upgrade or by the user will lead to a question on upgrade that is not understandable by the user and that should not even be asked. So this file should not be a conffile. This should fixed in oldest version
