When you unselect "[x] Display Rules from subcategories" and leave the "Rules" page and return to it, it changes back to being selected. This is quite unpleasant, and we think this should be kept as selected during either the lifetime of the session, or even generic as a user settings (via cookie?). In fact, we should add a way to keep in memory all filters we set before leaving the page (except maybe the "search" input). I change its tracker because this is a new feature, not really a bug.
