There is a warning when upgrading from a previous 4.2.0 to 4.2.0 final: finale: <pre> 1398866025:rudder-webapp-4.1.7.release-1.EL.7.noarch 13/22 warning: file /var/rudder/configuration-repository/ncf/ncf-hooks.d/post.write_technique.rudderify.sh: remove failed: No such file or directory warning: file /var/rudder/configuration-repository/ncf/ncf-hooks.d/post.write_technique.commit.sh: remove failed: No such file or directory </pre> This most likelly happen because we don't check for these hooks, which were renamed in 4.2.0, before trying to remove them. them (and so as we are upgrading from 4.2.x to 4.2.x, the move was already done)
