Description

Hello

In the technique editor, when creating a new technique the form fields are mandatory. Would it be possible to have some optional parameters?
I would like to be able to define the path, the mode and the recursion without necessarily seizing the owner, the group and the type
ideally, it could be very interesting for these parameters to be configurable in the directives library. it would make the techniques created in the editor more generic and manipulable in the library of directives

rudder server 4.1.7
generic method: permissions type recursion

It is actually possible (as in package_present for example), but not implemented for most methods.

It is easy to add default values, more difficult to allow not modifying some properties when not specified.
