Please, provide cooperation in web-UI.

Description
Right now, Rudder provides multi-user UI. But it is completely safeless against collisions.
But server knows enough for cooperation.
1. At the first step, just show active users somewhere in the top. It's easy enough.
2. Server although knows what object is opened by each user. While not to show warning for other users opening the same object? Some red-alert on the top of frame?
3. It'll be also good deed to restrict newer object version from overriding by older version from other user. Server know it's request history, so it's a plain logic.
