Description

Rule naming is quite dumb and is based on "test + x" where x is a number. Now that we can manage to delete rule with the same name as in the tests it could be troublesome if we run successive tests on the same machine.
ie: 1st run will be ok, second one will erase the previous rule and make a new one with different directives.

I think we should set rule name given a simple way like: "test_" + techniqueName in order to make successive tests run possible. Then we will have at least 1 rule per technique tested.

Technique name is not easily accessible in the script defining the rule name, best way to set this naming convention is to add a 'name' parameter in the metadata of each test.
