Description
Since we need it to install the dsc plugin, it could be nice to have it already installed.

The correct solution is to make rudder-pkg install it when needed.
Since we don't have it yet, this must go in cleanbox (anycrap specific to a box) and not to rudder-setup (generic clean approach)
