Description
The technique editor seems to duplicate the techniques until doing a refresh (f5).
We had up to 5 techniques with the same name listed on the left menu of the technique editor at the same time, which is disturbing.
More over, we had one which was duplicate even in the technique tree. I have no idea why nor how to reproduce.

It seems to be an impacting bug - but we didn't met it in the past (and it's quite visible, so it should have been reported). Could you be a bit more precise so that we can at least document the process which lead to that state ?
